Best Tips : Simple Home Daily Workout

So what can you do at home to be fit and lose weight. Workout, food, and activities. All I do is sit around all day and play GTA V.

Sure thing, i normally work out at home with body weight exercises (calisthenics) which is free, and its great. but i don't think you need to be working on strengthening yourself right now, not too much yet, anyways. 

Diet is the most important thing: 

firstly i noticed you mention a health juice or something. i have to tell you, just drink water. juices have too much sugar, fizzy drinks are terrible and milk has fat. normally protein shakes would be OK, but don't bother with any of those at this stage there for putting ON mass, so you really don't want those (yet). as for actual food, obviously cut out things like fatty, salty or sugary snacks. if you find these difficult just slowly cut some of these out of your diet, and keep going until you don't have any "fatty" foods in your diet. next, don't eat things known as "simple carbs" so bread etc, instead eat "complex carbs" so like oats, potatoes, or rice. make sure the meat that you eat is "lean" meat, like fish, turkey, or chicken. as for snacks, try things like fruit and nuts. Don't skip meals and starve yourself, but try to cut down a little on the amount of food (but not too much) if you feel you over eat and don't burn it off. 

as for exercises, well while body weight exercises will help you tone up and put on muscle, this will not show. you must take up some sort of cardio, i know i hate it too but cardio is the best exercise to directly burn fat. this doesn't HAVE to be running, by the way. it can be a lot of things, such as swimming, cycling, or even hitting a punching bag. any exercises like this are the best way for burning fat. if you don't like the examples i gave you on cardio, look into "cardiovascular training" to find something you like. you can, but don't have to, do cardio every day. try to do it for 30 mins- an hour at a good pace, or do 1 min slowly then 20 secs as fast as you can about 3 times (thats called HIIT, but it might be overkill right now). As far as other exercises go, don't do these 2 days in a row. right now, i would do 3 lots of 5 push ups, 3 lots of 5 squats, and 2 lots of 10 crunches. adjust the amounts depending on your fitness. Make sure you get enough sleep so that you have enough energy for your exercises. sleep has other benefits, too. 

This WILL work (as you said, over time) if you stick to it. remember, diet is the most important. Also, i hope i didn't give too much info too soon...
