Before i hit my two week mark (3 to 4 days early) I increased the amount of push ups i did to 10 push-ups. It was an easy transition for me because I had mastered 3 sets of 5 push-ups using my 2 day work 1 day rest schedule. The key is to stick to the plan faithfully and watch yourself improve faster than you had planned to. I promise you will amaze yourself and this will skyrocket your confidence
